What is the time frame for a custom piece?
Custom pieces usually depend on our communication with you and the turnaround time for your responses.
We estimate that 2-3 weeks is the norm for jewelry and 4-5 weeks for a pillow.
My jewelry has tarnished. What do I do?
Silver is a highly tarnishable metal. There are anti-tarnish paper on the market you can buy to help prevent tarnish. Also keeping them in a ziplock type bag will help prevent tarnish.
I buy a polishing cloth, which works well to polish my silver. Please note that Bali silver has been oxidized so you must be careful when polishing pieces containing Bali Silver.
Our jewelry come with Intercept anti-tarnish paper.
There are slight differences between your pieces even though they are the same.
Our earrings are made by hand. As such, we can not guarantee the exactness. However, that really makes our jewelry unique because you can't find two pieces exactly the same. We are proud that our jewelry is completely manipulated by our own hands.
